Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
