Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
