Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
