Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Ashton Foods is a Salt Lake City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
