Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
