Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Redstone Maple Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
