Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Loom Construction Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
