Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Nova Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
