Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Foods is a Tampa food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
