Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
