Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Clearpath North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
