Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Clearpath Pine Construction is a Memphis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
