Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
