Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
