Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Harbor Freight Group is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
