Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
