Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Northwind Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
