Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
