Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Granite Manufacturing and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
