Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Foods is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
