Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
