Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Technologies and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
