Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Bright Basin Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
