Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
