Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
