Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Lumen Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fresno region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
