Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
