Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Northwind West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
