Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Field Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
