Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Linden Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
