Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
