Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Fern Energy is an energy provider in Providence focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
