Nova Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules.
