Bright Linden Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
