Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
