Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
