Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
