Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pine Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
