Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Mill Farms is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews.
