Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Orlando plant. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
