Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
