Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Meridian Foods Group is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
