Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
