Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Iron Construction Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
