Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
