Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
