Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
