Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
