Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
