Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
